«JLC Group» company is a transnational group that comprises manufacturing enterprises, wholesale and retail trade enterprises, as well as enterprises engaged in providing services. 

     The enterprises of «JLC Group» company are located in the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the Federal Republic of Germany and Romania.

     The group of «JLC» companies is conducted by the Board of Directors, which consists of 9 members, being headed by the president of the company. The Board of Directors is the superior governing body of the company
