In the current year of 2011 all the products manufactured by «JLC» company have been evaluated for ISO HACCP confirmation. It should be mentioned that HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) represents a System of food safety management. The system is used at all stages of food production and preparation processes including storage, packaging, distribution, etc.
For HACCP implementation the producers have to examine not only its own products and methods of production, but have also to apply the HACCP demands to the suppliers of raw material, accessory material, as well as to apply it to the wholesale and retail trade system.
The international organizations have approved the HACCP implementation as the most efficient means for preventing the diseases caused by poor quality food products. At present the HACCP is implemented in the most developed countries as a reliable protection of the customers.
On the 25th of November the «JLC» JSC was given the ISO 22000 HACCP certificate, which confirms that the dairy products, the non-alcohol drinks and mineral water produced by the company possess a high degree of food safety.
«JLC» Company was also given the certificate of quality ISO 9001 (SR EN ISO 9011:2008), which is an international standard of the Management system in the sphere of food products quality.
It should be outlined that the certificates ISO 22000 HACCP and ISO 9001, which were offered the «JLC» Company, are valid before November 25, 2014 .
