JSC «Monolit» is one of the largest companies of constructions from the Republic of Moldova, carrying out high qualitative construction, reconstruction, repair and mounting works. During the last months «Monolit» company has finished successfully a series of building activities and put in commission the following construction projects:

• National Museum of Arts, located on 115, 31 August 1989 street, where capital repairs of premises have been carried out;
• The Anti-tuberculosis Sanatorium from Tirnova village, district of Donduseni, which was reconstructed;
• The food stores situated on 35, Dacia blvd., and 82/6, Albisoara street, which were reconstructed.

      Within the project «Special building sites» the company «Monolit» fulfilled the reconstruction of the premises of the Service of Civil Protection and Exceptional Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova. As well there were repaired the roads on the territory of the JSC «Incomlac» from Balti city.

      Untill the end of 2012 JSC «Monolit» plans to carry out the following building activities:

• To put in comission the administrative building of the Bureau of Technical Inventarisation from Ialoveni, State Company «CADASTRU», and the Dairy café «Ice cream», located on M. Viteazu street, city of Balti;
  
• To reconstruct the department №2 within the project «Reconstruction of premises of the Tuberculosis Hospital fromVorniceni, district of Straseni»;
• To design and reconstruct the school from Bolohan, district of Orhei;
• To reconstruct partially the existing archive storehause of the JSC «Moldindconbank», located on 30, Calea Basarabiei street;
• To reconstruct the farm «JLC Agro-Maiac» from Rujnita, District of Ocnita;
• To reconstruct and carry out capital repairs of the manufacturing departments, offices and premises of «JLC» JSC.
