On 21 September 2010 the group of companies JLC was completed with the enterprise «JLC-Ukraine», via renaming the OJSC «Вита» («Vita ») into the public joint-stock company «JLC-Ukraine» on the basis of the shareholder meeting.

     At the moment the enterprise is in the process of changing its denomination, which implies: the reregistration of company under the new name within the state structures, banks, funds, financial institutions; renewal of agreements and contracts; correction of the text on the products' package and other procedures.
